When supplied, it is in a roll or open loop shape, and the open loop can be directly installed and used. When using the roll shape, it must be cut open, and the length of the cut must be calculated in advance: there can only be one opening, and the opening form is an oblique 45 ° opening. The opening distance is approximately 3-15mm, or 3-5% of the diameter of the guide ring.
In general, openings are inclined, while straight or Z-shaped openings are rare and have specific purposes and purposes. The purpose of an opening is twofold. Firstly, it is convenient for installation. If it is not opened, it is a complete ring that is difficult or impossible to install, so it must be opened. Secondly, it should be opened with a certain opening distance to facilitate automatic coordination of volume changes. Otherwise, under certain conditions, the excessive expansion of the guide belt may cause motion jamming or pulling of the moving parts. Rolling is relatively cheaper, and the same roll can be used for different sizes of guide rings.
