Hydraulic rod step seals are made of filled PTFE ring and energized by an O-ring, ensuring optimal performance and long-lasting durability.
Elastomer as a static seal at the bottom of the groove plays a sealing role while providing a pre-tightening force for the surface ring, so that the PTFE face ring close to the piston rod. When the pressure increases, the elastomer produces deformation of the PTFE surface ring compression, so that the sealing force of the surface ring on the piston rod is enhanced to achieve a good sealing effect.
Rod Step Seals are the perfect solution to hydraulic cylinder leakage. These seals have great service life, strong eviction resistance, and high wear-down resistance, making them a top choice for sealing hydraulic cylinders. They are easy to install and require minimal maintenance. Their durability and robustness make them an ideal solution for a wide range of applications, including hydraulic systems, pumps, and compressors

This is especially useful for urgent shipments that need to reach their destination quickly. Though express delivery is a little expensive, it is worth the cost if time is a crucial factor.
By Air Transportation
--- Advantage: Fast (takes about 8 - 12 days), a little cheaper than Express.
Though it takes a little longer than express delivery, at around 8-12 days, it is still relatively quick. Additionally, air transportation is a little cheaper than express delivery. The only downside is that the receiver has to collect the goods from the airport.
By Sea (Ocean ) Transportation
--- Advantage: Much cheaper than Express or Air transportation.
