Kintowe filament wound bearings are made of continuous glass fiber filaments combined with a specially made epoxy resin base, which has extremely high strenth and naturally forms a seamless, non-overlapping concentric structure. This high-strenth laminated structure can be used to make thin-walled bearing of 1.59-3.18 mm, greatly reducing the size the weight of the components.
Filament wound bearing made from this material not only have extremely low friction coefficients, but also have estremely high load-bearing capacity.
