The Hydraulic cylinder wear rings are an important mechanical component, which is mainly installed on the piston flange of the hydraulic cylinder to provide protection in the friction pair between the piston and the cylinder wall. Wear rings are usually made of special materials such as wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant, which have excellent wear and self-lubricating properties, good thermal conductivity and compressive strength, as well as corrosion and oil resistance. They can be used under low oil and oil-free working conditions and water lubrication.
The main function of Hydraulic cylinder wear rings are to provide guidance and support for the piston and piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, while absorbing radial loads. Check the fit between the wear rings and the piston/piston rod to ensure that it is installed correctly and without any jamming.
Usage and Maintenance:
During use, regularly check the wear condition of the wear rings used in the hydraulic cylinder. If severe wear is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
Keep the hydraulic cylinder clean and prevent debris from entering the inside of the cylinder to prevent damage to the wear rings.
